Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Who we are

The online store bibashops.hk (the "Store") is operated by Argentown International Limited ("BIBA", "we"). These terms govern every purchase made through the Store. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them.

2. Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. BIBA products are made of natural, vegetable-tanned cowhide leather: slight variations in grain, tone and texture are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects. Screen colours may differ slightly from the physical product.

3. Prices

All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). The price shown at the time you confirm your order is the price that applies. Local delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge; any delivery charge for other arrangements is always shown on the order summary before you confirm. If a manifest pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be validated, or an obvious error has occurred — with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor; your full card details never reach or are stored by us.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made per our Delivery Arrangement. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, as set out in the Delivery Arrangement: free of charge in any of our stores, or by mail/courier at your own cost. Products must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with the original label attached, together with a copy of the delivery note. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned product in the required condition.

8. Defective products

If a product is defective, contact Customer Service and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Hong Kong law, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content of the Store (branding, photography, text, design) belongs to Argentown International Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
