Delivery Arrangement

Transportation

The transport of the purchased items will be carried out through the transport service contracted by Argentown International Limited (owner of the online store bibashops.hk). The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product in the warehouse and will be subject to the type of shipment and the delivery area. To avoid incidents in the delivery, it is essential to correctly fill in the corresponding form, including the contact telephone number.

Order follow-up is provided by email from the transport service, or through Customer Service. This email will indicate, at all times, where the merchandise is located until its final reception by the customer.

Shipping

The delivery time will be subject to the type of shipment and the delivery area. To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong address, nobody available to receive the parcel, etc.), please fill in the delivery form correctly, including the contact telephone number.

Local delivery within Hong Kong is free of charge for all orders. Argentown International Limited reserves the right to apply, in the future, transport charges according to the destination, the products purchased and the packaging used for shipping. In all cases, any transport charge will be shown on the order summary page before you confirm the order and before any card details are entered.

Customs

For deliveries outside Hong Kong, customs costs are borne by the recipient, who must pay import charges to receive the order. If you refuse to accept the delivery to avoid import charges, the package will be returned to your local customs office, not to us. If the fees are not paid on time, the package will be considered abandoned and the amount will not be refunded.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to proceed with its exchange or return. The delivery date will be taken as the reference for counting the 14 days.

Product returns can be made:

• Free of charge in any of our stores, where you can also exchange the product directly.
• By mail or courier — the direct costs of the return, such as transport costs, are borne by the customer.

The products must be returned in the following state:

• Not used, washed or damaged;
• With the original label attached;
• With a copy of the delivery note enclosed;
• With a note explaining the reason for the return;
• For returns from outside Hong Kong sent through post offices, check the "RETURN" box. Argentown International Limited will not accept charges for customs fees.
