About BIBA

BIBA creates bags, accessories and complements crafted from leather and natural fibres. Every bag begins with a simple question: will it be comfortable, beautiful and practical over time?

Every BIBA design follows a basic principle: “purpose and meaning”. We design with durability and proportions that adapt to every body — durable, functional pieces with a sober yet distinctive aesthetic. We don't seek immediate perfection. We seek something longer-lasting: pieces that improve with time.

Our tannery, operating since the 70s, is dedicated to the artisan production of sheep and bovine hides. Our hides are washed and treated by hand, and we use vegetable tanning for most of them. Each hide reacts differently to its treatment, which is why we achieve unique results in every process. The hides are dyed using natural dyes, achieving unique and long-lasting colours. Each hide is manually inspected by our artisans, ensuring that only the finest materials make it into our products.

Born in Spain, with over 30 stores across the country, BIBA has always drawn its greatest inspiration from its customers.
